What is Trusted Check-In?

Trusted Check-In provides scheduled phone or text check-ins for older adults living independently. It is not a replacement for family. It is an added layer of connection and reassurance.

What happens if someone does not answer?

A second attempt is made. If there is still no response, Trusted Check-In follows the personalized plan, which may include contacting a family member, friend, neighbor, building contact, or emergency contact.

Are regular check-ins done in person?

Routine check-ins are provided by phone or text. Brief in-person reassurance visits are included in the Daily and Daily Plus plans or may be arranged in advance as an add-on.

Is this home care or caregiving?

No. Trusted Check-In is not home care, medical care, emergency response, or hands-on personal care. It is a reassurance and follow-up service.

What areas do you serve?

Phone and text check-ins can be arranged regardless of distance. In-person visits are available in the greater Eugene/Springfield area, with nearby locations considered based on availability and travel.

Can family members help set this up?

Yes. Family members are welcome to join the initial conversation and help establish contact preferences and follow-up steps.
